Ability: Elemental Guard - A super effective attack becomes a Normal Attack, a Normal Attack becomes a Not Very Effective Attack, and a Not Very Effective attack becomes No Effect when they hit Dracanyle.

Normal attack- Flamethrower becomes Not Very Effective

Scientist found a large piles of stone tablets and try to decipher what they says. One year passed and nothing then they turned to the four professors. They too didn't understand what it said but they decided to give it a shot, three months passed and nothing, then an old Sceptile came to their Lab, they were shocked to see a wild Sceptile appeared right in front of them yet alone how it knew of this area.

The wild Sceptile walked to the Stone Tablets, he shuffled through them and picked out a tablet and began speaking, "Sceptile, Scep, Scep, tile, Sceptiiiiiiiile" It kept repeating it until it spoke human speech. The professers were astonished to see a pokemon speak human language.

Oak spoke, "Wild Sceptile what are you doing here?"
Sceptile, "I came here base on a vision, I'm suppose to help you decipher this."
Birch: "old Sceptile what does it say, we only figure out that it has dates" Birch pointed out.

"Yes it has dates because it is a journal, a journal of the Legendary Dracanyle." the sceptile said and walked to the board, "I don't have to much time so you will have to record this" it began to draw as Oak got the tape, "Dracanyle was once a Sceptile, the only Sceptile to challenge it's nature. What he wanted was not to be weak against fire, flying, bug, ice and poison anymore he wanted the power to protect his tribe from those weaknesses we have so he set out to met the dragons of the world. In the journal it states he visited these dragons in order, Flygon the Desert Guardian, Rayquaza the Sky High Legend, Dialga the Time God, Palkia the Space God and Giratina of the Distortion World." Sceptile said as he almost finish drawing.

"After his last training visit with Giratina, he began to glow and a very bright greenish glow, He evolved to be known as Dracanyle. He was happy that he grew stronger and was now capable of protecting his tribe. As he returned everyone was afraid of what he became to be, no one talked to him, young treeckos were too scared to play and some Sceptiles even attacked him until they drove him away. He never understood why he was treated like this every day he tried but the same result came becoming worse every time, then he gave up returning. An idea popped since he couldn't protect them close he would protect him from afar hoping to be excepted again, he lived a very lonely life to even this day he is protecting a tribe that doesn't except him. An thus this is the end" after that he but down the chalk and he snapped out of hypnosis and ran confused." then they looked up at the board amazed to see a picture of the Legendary Dracanyle.
